In addition to meeting the rigorous standards of the Yoga Alliance, our program takes a hands-on approach to honing your yoga teaching skills. We believe that the best way to learn is by doing, and real, in-person practice in teaching yoga is crucial to providing you with the most beneficial experience. We also place great value on learning within a group dynamic and nurturing relationships that extend far beyond your graduation. The students and instructors on this journey with you will become more than just your peers - they will become your friends, your support system, and your community to rely on throughout this process.
Teaching yoga is an incredible opportunity to broaden one's perspective and delve deeper into the most valuable subject: yourself. Together, we will study, learn, grow, practice, move, breathe, flow, and fully immerse ourselves in this wonderful journey!

a note from a recent graduate
“There are many things I could highlight, but what stands out most is the care, thought, time, and energy poured into creating this program. From the manual to graduation weekend, every detail was seamlessly planned. The supportive atmosphere was free of competition and full of encouragement, allowing us to embrace being beginners and show up as our authentic selves.
This YTT program helped me discover my purpose in life. My intention from the start was to teach, and now, I’m truly grateful to be part of the team of teachers at Soul Sweat. More importantly, it changed how I see myself in this world. It helped heal parts of my soul I never thought I could get back. I treat myself with more kindness and grace, even during tough moments. Sharing yoga with others is a meaningful gift, and if you’re considering YTT, you already understand how powerful this practice is, spiritually, mentally, and physically. So imagine, teacher training.”
