All Levels Vinyasa
An all-levels class designed to meet you where you are—beginner to advanced. Moving at a steadier pace than Power Vinyasa, this flow emphasizes alignment and mindful adjustments while using the same 90° infrared heat and 75% humidity. Expect a balanced practice that builds strength, flexibility, and focus, with options and modifications offered throughout.

Slow Warm Flow
A gentle, all-levels vinyasa class in a naturally warm (75–80°) but unheated room. With no added heat or steam, this practice focuses on longer holds, foundational sequencing, and mindful alignment. It’s the perfect option for beginners or anyone wanting a slower, supportive flow to build strength and deepen breath without the intensity of a hot class.

Bala Vinyasa
Our signature heated power class—with a boost. This energizing flow uses Bala Bangles (1 lb wearable weights) to safely add resistance, sculpt muscle, and build stability. It’s the perfect way to strengthen your practice and prepare for using bangles in any of our other classes. Bala Bangles are required and available for purchase in the studio, or bring your own. Free weights are not permitted.

Slow Flow Vinyasa + Sound Healing
Ease into the week with a grounding 60-minute class that blends slow-flow vinyasa, gentle stretching, breathwork, and restorative holds. Each session closes with a soothing sound bath featuring crystal bowls and therapeutic instruments. Perfect for all levels, this class helps you release tension, reset, and leave feeling lighter and restored.

Team Building Yoga
Yoga is a powerful way to connect, reset, and bond—whether you’re an athletic team, Greek life group, medical staff, or a business crew looking to boost morale. Practicing together builds trust, energy, and connection that lasts beyond the mat.
We offer private team sessions at both studio locations, weekdays or weekends. Each session is customizable—choose the class style, pace, temperature, music, and vibe to fit your group. Whether you want a high-energy sweat, a restorative stretch, or something in between, we’ll design the perfect class.
Sessions include exclusive studio access for up to 40 people at a flat rate of $250. Ideal for team bonding, retreats, wellness events, or department off-sites. Spots fill quickly—especially during the school year—so we recommend booking early!
