studio policies + guidelines


TURN OFF TO TURN UP
No electronics are allowed in the studio room (unless you’re on call). If you have a smart watch, make sure it is in theater mode to not disturb fellow clients.

EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES
A yoga mat is necessary, props are optional. We offer yoga mat rentals and mats and props available for purchase. We do not rent props or towels.

SETTING UP YOUR SPOT
Align your mat with the floor markers. In New Haven, line up the center top of your mat with the black marker. In Old Saybrook, use the corners of your mat to align.

REGISTRATION
Advance registration is required for all classes. Sign-ups open 7 days ahead and stay open until class start time. Unregistered students cannot be admitted.

LATE ENTRY
Late entry is not permitted. For everyone’s safety and focus, please be on your mat when class begins. Studio doors lock at the start of class.

AGE REQUIRMENT
Students must be 14 or older to join any class at either studio. Children may not wait unattended in the lobby during class. Note: Mommy + Me classes are the exception.

  • Cancel at least 4 hours before class to keep your credit. Late cancels lose the credit, and unlimited members are charged $10. No-shows count as used classes, with a $10 fee for unlimited memberships

  • We do not offer refunds or extensions on class packages, memberships, workshops, subscriptions, retreats, apparel, or merchandise. All purchases are non-transferable and must be used by the original client.

    For workshops: Cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund, or 24 hours for studio credit. Cancellations within 24 hours will forfeit payment.

  • All memberships are billed monthly and commitment-free. To cancel, submit a request through your account or email us at least 2 business days before your renewal. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable; failed payments incur a $25 fee. Classes do not roll over and expire on your renewal date. If you experience illness or injury, contact us for assistance.

  • Discounts: Undergraduate students and active military receive 10% off Level 2–4 memberships. Show your ID at the studio to redeem.

    We are cashless. We accept credit and debit cards only. Please keep a valid card on file in your account.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. For left-behind belongings, email your studio directly. Lost and found is cleared every Friday.

  • Payment is due at booking. Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance for studio credit. Cancellations within 24 hours will forfeit payment
