• Studios open 30 minutes before class. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early. Doors lock at start time.

  • Yoga mat, towel, water bottle. Mats are required (limited rentals available). Props are optional.

  • Light, breathable clothes. You will SWEAT.

  • Hydrate! Drink water before class and bring a bottle. Electrolytes help too.

  • Yes! Flexibility comes with practice. Show up as you are—this practice is for every body.

  • Classes are heated to 95° with infrared panels and 75% humidity from steam.

  • Old Saybrook: large lot on-site.
    New Haven: metered street parking + garages on Crown St. Parking is rarely an issue.
